"This was our first time of using a taxi service to get to Heathrow Airport from Kings Cross and both journeys were on time despite atrociuos weather conditions.Just a little confusion on where to meet at both pick up points, but soon found where we should have been.Perhaps the driver should wave a brightly coloured flag so as recognise better. All in all a great experience.
Both drivers were courteous and helpful with luggage
Will certainly use this way of getting to Heathrow again.
