"The driver was really good. However his company let him down by being very rude. They had the flight number so they could check time and details. I booked the service for my sister (the person flying) but i was at the airport as well so we shared the cab. The company started messaging me 30 minutes before the flight was due to land asking to call the driver as he was ready. I've called him to let him know the flight didn't land yet but he didn't pick up. The company started then texting every 10 minutes and after the flight landed they told me the driver was about to leave. I told them i was with the driver and they should consider time for people to go through passport and collect their luggage. They did apologies."
